1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of Interior Rooms (Toilets For People With Disabilities And An Auxiliary Room) In The Building Of The Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews Polin. The Order Will Be Processed On The Basis Of An Architectural And Construction Design, Constituting Annex 1 To Opz Entitled Reconstruction Of Interior Rooms In The Building Of The Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews Polin On Journal Of Laws No. 31/3, Precinct 5-01-05 At 6 Anielewicza St. In The Śródmieście District Of St. Warsaw. A Designed Bathroom For People With Disabilities Will Be Created After The Combination Of Two Existing Rooms, I.E. Toilets For People With Disabilities And An Auxiliary Room. The Expansion Of The Bathroom Is Aimed At Equipping It With Additional Elements For Disabled People. The Works Will Take Place Only In The Interior Of The Building. Facade System And Window Geometry, Facade Sites Unchanged. 3. Connection Of Two Rooms Located On The Floor -1 Floor With A Usable Area Of About 14.6M2 And Equipping It With Additional Elements For People With Disabilities In Accordance With The Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To Opz -Architectural And Construction Design With Attachments And Based On Annex No. 2 To Opz -Preparation Of Works And Annex Acceptance Of Construction Works.
