1. Delivery Of Straw To The Warehouse At The Municipal Boiler Room, Located At Ul. Bialska 6A In Janów Podlaski, In The Amount Of 50 Tons, In The Period From The Date Of The Contract To 19 September 2025. 2. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be The Straw Of Winter Cereals (Rye, Triticale, Wheat) Or Other Crops (Rapeseed, Beans, Chamomile, Buckwheat). The Supplied Straw Should Be Pressed In Round Bales Tied Weighing 150-230 Kg And Diameter From 120 To 150 Cm, Derived From The Harvest Of 2025. Straw Humidity: - Maximum 12 %. The Supplied Straw Cannot Contain Pollutants Such As Stones, Bottles, Foil And Other Elements Negatively Affecting Its Quality: Like Earth, Weeds, Other Foreign Bodies. Straw Cannot Be: Moldy, Musty, Kneading, Overgrown With Cereal, Weeds, And Cannot Have Signs Of Infestation By Mushrooms, As Well As Contain Live Pests And Rodents. 3. The Employer Reserves That Weighing The Supplied Straw May Be Carried Out At A Distance Of Up To 2 Km From The Place Of Delivery. 4. Due To The Limited Amount Of Space For Storage Of Straw, The Employer Provides For The Implementation Of The Order In The Form Of Successive Supplies Depending On The Current Needs And The Occupancy Of The Warehouse, Within 5 Calendar Days From The Contractor Receiving The Application By Electronic Means Of Electronic Communication, By Phone, Or In Another Unquestionable Way, Except That No More Than 1 Once A Week. The Contractor Provides A Proper Transport Way To Maintain Parameters And Quality Of Straw Supplied. All Costs, Including Transport Costs And The Costs Of Materials Needed To Perform The Contract, Are Borne By The Contractor. The Unloading Of Straw From The Vehicles Will Take Place By The Contractor For The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Agree On The Exact Date And Time Of Each Delivery In Order To Accept It To The Boiler Room Warehouse And To Make Its Qualitative Acceptance By An Authorized Employee Of The Commune Office.
