4.1 The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of Contractors With Whom The Employer Will Sign A Framework Agreement, The Purpose Of Which Is To Determine The Conditions For Detailed Orders That May Be Awarded In The Period Given In The Framework Agreement, In The Scope Of Providing Services Including: (A) Preparing Economic And Finance Opinions On Reports Submitted By Entrepreneurs Who Are Beneficiaries Of Financial Support Provided By The Employer (Accordingly Report Beneficiary And Economic And Financial Opinion), In The Mode And On The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 9 November 2018 On Financial Support For Audiovisual Production (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 198) (Act), (B) Conduct, In Cases Indicated By The Contracting Authority, Control Of The Beneficiary Provided For In Art. 28 Of The Act, In The Manner And On The Principles Set Out In The Act With The Preparation Of The Report On The Inspection Referred To Above (Control). 4.2 The Contracting Authority Informs That The Subject Of Executive Orders Awarded On The Terms Described By The Framework Agreement May Be According To The Decision Of The Contracting Authority, Only The Item Specified For Item A) In Point 4.1 Or Only The Item Given For Item B) In Point 4.1 Or Both Items Given In Point 4.1 In Total. 4.3 Common Order Dictionary (Cpv): 792000-3 The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz Pn. Confirmation Of Payment By The Beneficiary Of Receivables Arising From Documents, In Particular Invoices And Accounts Confirming The Incurring Of Polish Eligible Costs. 4.5. The Number And Intensity Of Executive Agreements Will Condition The Current Needs Of The Employer. The Contracting Authority Plans During The Period Of Binding The Framework Of The Order Of The Choice For The Qualification Of The Contractual Agreement, About 40 Economic And Financial Opinions And About 0 To 6 Controls. 4.6. Economic And Financial Opinions Will Be Prepared Based On The Documents Provided By The Employer In The Manner Given In Opz, And The Inspections Will Be Carried Out At The Beneficiary. The Contracting Authority Is Not Able To Provide The Beneficiarys Location At This Stage. The Above Will Take Place At The Stage Of The Contracting Agreement.
