1. Subject Of The Contract.1.1 The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Csw-45 Drilling Device For The Remuneration Of The Csw-45 Drilling Service For Compensus Sp. Z O. O. (Hereinafter: Services). 1.2 The Service Of Service Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical And Movement Documentation Of The Drilling Device, Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract Template. Aimed At Protecting The Confidential Nature Of The Information Contained In The Documentation Referred To Above, Constituting The Secret Of The Company, Acting Pursuant To Art. 280 Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Documentation In Question Will Not Be Made Available On The Employers Website, But Will Only Be Available For Inspection In The Mining Works Department Of The Ordering Party, Between From 6.00 To 14.00, On Business Days From Monday To Friday, After Prior Submitting A Confidentiality Statement, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. The Attachment Should Be Signed With A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Or Personal Signature2. The Scope Of Service Services Includes: 1) Service Readiness, On The Terms Set Out In Point 3.2) Removal Of The Failure Of The Drilling Device, On The Principles Set Out In Point 4, 3) Technical Inspections Of The Drilling Device, Along With The Purchase Of All Consumables Necessary To Perform Inspections, On The Principles Set Out In Point 5.4) Providing Spare Parts Necessary To Perform Service Services On The Terms Specified In Point 6.3. Performing Service Readiness3.1 As Part Of Service Readiness, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Communication Systems Enabling At Least Telephone Contact And Via E -Mail On Business Days From Monday To Friday, From 6.00 To 22.00. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Separate Remuneration For The Service Readiness. 3.2 List Of Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party To Contact The Contractor, Including Reporting Failures And The Acceptance Of Submitted Calculations, As Well As Telephone Numbers, E -Mail Addresses, For Which These People Will Contact, Will Be Set By The Ordering Party And The Contractor Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Contract. Changing The Data Referred To In This Paragraph May Only Take Place After Prior Informing The Other Party In Writing. 4. Removal Of Failures4.1 During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Provide Services Consisting In Removing The Failure Of A Drilling Device In A Maximum Number Of 500 Hours Of Work Of One Service Technician.
