Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Task: Construction Of Street Lighting In Various Districts Of The City Of Gdańsk As Part Of The Jg Program Edition 2025 Stage V- Ul. Dolne Młyny And Ul. Potokowa In Gdańsk
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Project Documentation For The Construction Of Lighting In Various Districts Of The City Of Gdańsk Together With The Authors Supervision And Obtaining Necessary Administrative Decisions Or Making The Necessary Applications Allowing For Conducting Construction Works, As Part Of The Lighter Gdańsk Program Edition 2025 Stage V - Lighting Construction Ul. Dolne Młyny And Ul. Potokowa In Gdańsk. 2. The Issues Of Design Work Should Include: A) Structure Of Street Lighting, B) Dismantling Of Any Existing Lighting, C) Removing Possible Collisions With Existing Underground And Above -Ground Weapons Or Their Protection, D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Dendrological Documentation Of The Investment As Part Of The Project Documentation, I.E. Inventory Of Existing Green And Shrubs (Sod). Operatendrological Operation And The Green Protection Project (Poz), E) Development Of Applications And Obtaining A Decision - Permission To Carry Out Construction Works And Permission To Conduct Archaeological Research (Where It Is Required), F) Preparation Of Necessary Materials, Conclusions And Arrangements, And Obtaining Necessary Administrative Decisions, Including Construction Permits, G) Reproduction Of Land Development Elements, H) Supplying Existing Lighting. Streets From The Designed Lighting Cabinets With Technical Conditions For Design, I) Solving Other Issues And Problems That Will Result During Design, Including The Technical Conditions Of Network Managers. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
