The Subject Of The Order Under The Name: Reconstruction Of Medium Street In Ligota Includes Renovation Of The Road With A Variable Width Of 3.0-4.0 M And Length ~ 166.5 M, Renovation Of The Roadside 0.5 M Wide, Renovation Of Individual Conventions And Reach The Gates. Other Conditions: 1. Robots Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation, Decisions/Arrangements Authorizing Work. 2. From The Moment Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site Until The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Has Been Liable On General Principles For Damage To The Person And Property Arising In The Facility. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works In Accordance With The Land Use Project, While Maintaining All The Conditions Given In The Documentation, Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Building Qualifications. 4. Performing Works, Acceptance And Organization (Ohs, Fire Protection And Coordination In The Field Of Health And Safety) In Sub -Marked Works Should Be Carried Out Based On Current Standards And Regulations. 5. The Contractor Will At His Own Expense Perform All Checks, Tests, Measurements Of The Works Performed. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Special Caution When Performing Works, Separating, Securing And Labeling The Area Of ​​Works, And To Secure Tools And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Third Parties In The Event Of Their Availability. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Cleanliness Of The Works And Communication Routes Within The Works Of The Contract Throughout The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Cleaning Works Will Be Carried Out On An Ongoing Basis. 8. In The Event Of Any Failures And Damage Arising In The Area Of ​​Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Targeted And Effective For Immediate Removal. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage, For Which The Contractor And Entities Acting On His Behalf (Subcontractors) Are Jointly And Severally Liable. The Costs Of Repairing All Damage Are Charged To The Contractor. 9. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Violating The Provisions On Environmental Protection In The Area Of ​​Works, For Air, Water And Land Pollution, For Protecting Birds, Trees And Shrubs, And Noise Emissions To The Extent Completely Releasing From The Contracting Authoritys Liability. The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Deported To A Legal Landfill, Materials From The Construction Site. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Trees In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune-Catalog Of Good Practices. 11. Before Starting Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Photographic Documentation Of The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas (Facility, Infrastructure, Devices Located Within The Works Carried Out). In The Event Of Damage, And Not Documented As Above, The Damage Will Be Treated As Resulting From The Works Carried Out. 12. The Designer Prepared Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations
