The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant In Okulice, The Rzezawa Commune, And Małopolskie Voivodeship. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Modernize The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant With The Capacity Qśrd = 300 M3/D. The Task Is Implemented In The Formula Design And Build In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specification And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws 2021, Item 2454). Detailed Scope Of The Order, The Scope Of The Development Of Project Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works Results From The Functional Program- Utility - Hereinafter Pfu - And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Specifying The Method Of Execution Of The Contract Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. In Addition, The Implementation Of The Contract Includes: 1) The Implementation Of The Project Documentation Specified In The Functional And Utility Program To The Extent Necessary For The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With Obtaining The Application For Construction, 2) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works In A Manner Consistent With The Contractors Project Document, Approved By The Contractor, Approved By The Contracting Authority Functional And Utility Program, 3) Authors Supervision Of Designers, 4) Transfer To The Contracting Authority Of Copyrights To The Project Documentation, 5) Conducting The Necessary Measurements, Trials And Tests, 6) Conducting All Starting Works And The Implementation Of All Documentation Necessary To Conduct Starting And Starting Documentation7). Making Aspire Documents, 8) Training Of The Ordering Person Equipment And Installations Supplied And Made In The Scope Of The Contract 9) Execution Of A Geodetic Inventory Of As -Built Works And A Network Of Utilities Along With Obtaining A Compliance Clause Of The Poviat Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Bochnia (Podgik) 10) Execution Of Information Boards. The Employer Also Provides An Estimated List Of Costs That Only Performs An Auxiliary Function In The Valuation Of The Offer, It Is Not Required To Attach A Valuation To The Offer. The Contractor Who Will Be Selected To Perform This Order Will Be Obliged Before Signing The Contract To Submit A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate Made On The Basis Of The Attached Cost List.
