1. Name Of The Contract: Making A Comprehensive Renovation Of Balconies In The Amount Of 30 Pieces In Buildings Managed By Tomaszów Tbs Sp. Z O.O.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is In Particular The Performance Of The Following Material Scope: 1) Works Based On The Design Documentation Attached To Sw Information Boards In Accordance With The Regulations); 4) For Renovations For Which A Building Permit Was Obtained, A Construction Log One Should Be Kept And The Construction Manager Should Be Established; 5) Execution And Agreement With The Road Manager Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Project And The Fee For Occupying The Road Lane; 6) Execution Of Works Accompanying And Dismantling Of Scaffolding, Platforms, Etc.; 7) Export And Disposal Of Materials From The Demolition. In Addition, After Each Day Of Work, The Contractor Will Clean Up And Secure The Work Area To Eliminate The Risk Of Admission Of Unauthorized Persons; 8) Restoring The Area Covered By The Works To The Uncomfortable State Than On The Day Of Transferring The Front Of The Works. 3.
