1 The Building Is Located In Suwałki At Ul. General Kazimierz Pułaski 26.2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Provision Of Annual Periodic Inspections Of The Air Conditioning System During The Warranty Period. 3. A Detailed Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Technical Projects, Stwior, Auxiliary Number Of Works - Annex 6 To Swz.4. Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Are Set Out In The Draft Contract - Annex 3 To Swz.5. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Technical Projects Referred To In Paragraph 3 And In The Contract Template. The Number Of Work Is Auxiliary. The Occurrence During The Performance Of The Contract Not Included In The Prejudice Or Work In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Prejudice Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In Technical Projects. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Performance Of The Order. Underestimation, Omission And Lack Of Recognition Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Changing The Contractors Remuneration. 6. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period For Assembly Works And Installed Materials And Devices Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. The Employer Specifies It For A Period In The Range Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Collection Report (Minimum Date) To 60 Months (The Maximum Date For Which Points In The Offer Evaluation Criterion Will Be Granted). The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Rights Under The Warranty For Physical Defects Arising From The Provisions Of The Civil Code Within The Terms Specified There - Regardless Of The Rights Under The Warranty. 7. The Contractor Declares That The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Is New, Unused Before The Day Of Delivery, Not Reassembled And That He Is Not Carrying Legal Or Physical Defects. 2) Has All Necessary Approvals And Certificates, And Meets The Appropriate Standards. 8. The Contractor Ensures That The Subject Of The Contract Meets All The Requirements Referred To In The Content Of Technical Projects Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.9. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Contracting Authority For Providing Factory New Air Conditioning Devices, Free From Physical Or Legal Defects. 10. The Contractor Should Immediately Agree With The Contracting Authority Before Proceeding With The Subject Of The Contract. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Documentation On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Current Provisions. 12. The Contractor Undertakes To Install Devices With The Utmost Care, In Accordance With The Recommendation Of The Employer, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations In This Respect, As Well As In Such A Way As Not To Destroy And Damage The Equipment Or Walls Of Rooms In Which Work Will B
