The Subject Of The Contract Is The Expansion Of Voivodship Road No. 705 In The Field Of Construction Of A Pavement And A Bicycle Path Along With The Construction Of The Footbridge Through The Sucha Nida River And The Expansion Of The Intersection With Poviat Road No. 3835W In The Town Of Nowa Sucha, In The Nowa Sucha Commune. The Contractor Should Calculate The Value Of Works On The Basis Of Attached Project Documentation. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure At His Own Expense Safe Terms Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of The Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of The Project Of The Traffic Organization, For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Contractors Expense. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Copyright To Photographic And Film Documentation, Referred To In The General Terms Construction Described. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For Damages Caused During The Performance Of The Contract Regarding The Contract And Third Parties For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 8,000,000.00.1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer A Copy Of The Abovementioned Policies Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance Continuity, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies In The Course Of The Contract Confirming The Possession Of Oc.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Next Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date Of The Previous Policy.
