The Building Is Located On The Plot 225/1, Nakonowo Precinct, Kowal Commune 2. General Information About The Subject Of The Contract - The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling And Demolition Works, Including :-), Dismantling Of Existing Windows And Doors, B) Execution Of Demolitions And From Partial Walls, 2) Performing The Reconstruction Of Partition Walls; 3) Roof Covering And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Panels; 4) Execution Of Paved Areas, Driveway For Disabled; Styrofoam; 6) Installation Works; 7) Electrical Works; 8) Construction Of An Elevator Shaft Along With The Installation Of An External Elevator. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Contractor Obtained On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority The Decision To Use The Facility. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Contains Documentation (Constituting Annex 1 To Swz), Which Consists Of: 1) Construction Project; 2) Technical Design -Architecture; 3) Technical Design -Construction; 4) Technical Design -Electrical Industry; 5) Technical Design -Installation Of Ventilation, Heating And Installation Of Water -Sewage; 6) Works: Electrical And Low -Current Industry, Construction And Installation Industry; 7) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works - General Construction Industry; 8) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Electrical Installations; 9) Detailed Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Sanitary Installations. 5. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Has A Final Building Permit Decision Regarding The Implementation Of Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.
