1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In The Design And Construction Of A Building (Shelter)- Used To Store Agricultural Machinery And Fruit Equipment With A Total Area Of Approx. 192 M2. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Project Documentation, I.E.:) Making A Map For Design Purposes, B) Drawing Up A Construction And Executive Project, Including Electrical And Ventilation Installation In The Garage Building And Land Development, C) Developing Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, D) Developing Bioz Information, E) Development Of The Works And Work, And Investor Cost Estimates F) Execution Of Necessary Applications, Obtaining The Necessary Consents And Conditions That Will Allow The Implementation Of The Investment Intention, G) Making The Necessary Notifications Of Construction Works For Which The Building Permit Is Not Required/Obtained On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of A Building Permit In The Event That It Results From Legal Provisions, H) Transfer To The Contracting Authority Prepared Documentation Together With The Required Documents Necessary To Start Construction Works, 2)) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Documentation, I.E.: Preparation Of The Area, B) Execution Of Earthworks And Foundation Works, C) Execution And Assembly Of The Elements Of The Shelter, D) Restoration Of The Area Around The Investment To The State As Through The Implementation Of Works. 3. The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz Together With Other Documents, I.E. 1996 Regarding The Amendment Of The Local General Spatial Development Plan Of The City Of Skierniewice. 4. In A Situation Where In The Content Of Pfu The Employer Described The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Entity, It Should Be Assumed That This Indication Is Only An Example And The Contracting Authority Will Accept Equivalent Products Offered By The Contractor, If The Contractor Demonstrates At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Specified In The Content Stage Pfu.5. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Used In Swz And In Attachments May Indicate Product Manufacturers Or Sources Of Their Origin, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Specify The Minimum Expectations Required By The Employer To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, In Each Case, When It Is Found That The Description Or Feature Of The Product Described May Indicate The Source Or Manufacturer, Such An Indication Is Sample, And The Contractor Is Ent
