1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Thermo-Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Golub-Dobrzyń Forest Districts Office Building. In The Formula, Design And Build, Including In Particular: A) The Implementation Of Technical And Executive Documentation Based On: Functional And Utility Program (Also As Pfu), An Architectural And Construction Project And A Building Permit Obtained By The Ordering Party, Supervising Authors Supervision (Within 1 Month From The Date Of The Contract) Reconstruction Of The Existing Administrative And Office Building Of The Golub-Dobrzyń Forest District (Within A Period Not More Than 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract). The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others :- Insulation Of External And Foundation Walls,- Insulation Of Flat Roofs,- Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery,- Replacement Of Water-Sewage Installations, Electrical, Teletechnical,- Replacement Of Central Heating Installation. And Hot Water Including A New Source Of Heat With Leaving The Existing Oil Boiler Room,- Construction Of The Supply And Exhaust Mechanical Ventilation Installation,- Expansion Of The Air Conditioning Installation,- Reconstruction Of The Entrance (Stairs),- Adaptation Of The Ground Floor Of The Building For The Needs Of The Disabled (Construction Of The External Platform, Reconstruction- Reconstruction Of The Bathrooms For Disabled People),- Change Of The Functional System Of The Building Fragment On The Party Forest Guard Post,- Adapting The Building To The Requirements Arising From Fire Protection Regulations.
