The Forecast In The Amount Of 6680 Gj Is Only Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Is The Contracting Authority To Buy Heat Energy In The Given Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Collecting The Expected Amount Of Thermal Energy By The Employer - The Settlement With The Contractor Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Actual Heat Energy Consumption. The Minimal Level Of Order Processing Will Not Be Lower Than 50 % Of The Estimated Heat Consumption. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Continuous And Uninterrupted Heat Supply For The Needs Of Central Heating To Buildings From The Boiler Supplied By The Supplier, Fired With Earth Gas, 2) Measurement Of The Amount Of Heat And Settlement With The Employer (Separately For Each Building) On ​​The Basis Of The Heat Delivery Tariff, Approved By The Contractor And Approved By The Ere The Demand For Central Heating, Contractual Powers Are Included In Annex 4 To Swz.3. As Part Of The Order, The Employer Expects The Contractor To Install Devices For The Production Of Heat In The Existing Boiler Room For The Period Covered By The Order. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Boiler Room Equipment With Boilers And Sending, Installing Measuring Devices, Regulatory And Fittings, Which Are An Element Of The Connection For Receiving Installations In The Recipients Facilities, Maintenance Costs And Service Of Installed Devices. 4. The Employer Will Refuse To Use The Contractor The Commercial Premises (Boiler Rooms), Located On The Premises Of The Facilities Listed In Point 1, In Order To Use The Abovementioned Premises By The Contractor For The Needs Of The Boiler Room, Including For The Purposes Of Installing Boilers, Installing Measurement Devices, Regulatory And Fittings, Constituting An Element Of Connecting Installations In The Ordering Facilities In The Ordering Facilities. The Contractor Covers All Costs Related To The Maintenance Of These Rooms, Installing Boilers, Installing Measuring Devices, Regulatory And Fittings, Which Are Part Of The Connection For Receiving Installations In The Ordering Party, Maintenance Costs And Service Of Installed Devices.
