1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Analysis Of The Educational Needs Of The Inhabitants Of The Monster Commune In The Field Of Air Protection As Part Of The Mazowsze Without Smog Project Co-Financed By The European Union Planned For Implementation Under The European Funds Program For Mazovia For 2021-2027.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Main Purpose Of The Contract In Question Is To Analyze The Needs Of Ecological Education Of The Inhabitants Of The Monster Commune, Which Will Help In Adapting Educational Campaigns Carried Out In The Commune. Analysis In The Form Of A Study (Documentation) Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Concept Of The Project Mazowsze Without Smog And Guidelines Presented In Chapter 1.1.5 Ecological Education Action Code (Wmaedek) Of Annex 5 To Resolution No. 204/2023 Of The Mazowieckie Regional Assembly Of November 21, 2023 (Journal Of Laws Of The Maz. The Scope Of The Study Includes: A) Conducting A Survey, A Minimum Of 250 Paper Surveys - Field Surveyers, Internet Survey - Unlimited Number; B) Identifying The Needs Of Ecological Education In The Field Of Air Protection; C) Identification Of A Group Requiring Special Support. The Study Of Educational Needs Should Show What Should Be Understood By The Term Group Requiring Special Support, Whether They Are Seniors/Seniors, Whether They Are People Living On The Periphery, Whether They Are Long -Term Unemployed Or Another Group Of Residents; D) Division Into Age Groups: Youth 18 To 29 Years Old, Adults 30 To 60, Older 60+, Gender, Education, E.G. Opinion -Forming Group, E.G. Local Entrepreneurs, A Given Professional Group (Industry), Firefighters, Representatives Of Associations, Teachers, Doctors, Etc. And Determining What Educational Activities Should Be Directed To These Groups; E) Identifying Forms Of Ecological Education Desired By Residents; F) Verification Of The Number Of Educational Events In Relation To Individual Social Groups, As Well As Estimating The Size Of Funds Intended For This Purpose; Research; H) Preparation And Distribution Of The Necessary Materials In The Form Of Posters, Leaflets (Information Campaign), Preparation Of Materials For The Website Of The Office; I) Development Of A Report On The Implementation Of The Study And Indicating Educational Activities In The Years 2025-2028; J) Developing A Scenario Of Educational And Information Activities, Which Will Ensure Reaching The Largest Number Of Residents Of The Commune; The Study, Taking Into Account: The Number And Characteristics Of People Participating In The Study, And Presenting The Results Of The Analysis;  Minimum 3 Types Of Educational Actions, In Each Half Of Each Of Them, From 2025 (4Th Quarter) To 2028, For: • General Society (A Total Of 8 Actions In A Total Of The Project); • Groups Requiring Special Support (In Total 8 Actions As Part Of The Project); • Groups In Total); • Groups Opinion-Forming (Entrepreneurs/Entrepreneurs, Doctors/Doctors, Priests, Tsos, Non-Gove
