1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Nutrition Service Of Patients Of The Poviat Health Center In Kamienna Góra Sp.Z O.O.2. The Order Includes All -Day Food For Patients (Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner) Provided For 7 Days A Week In This Public Holidays. The Service Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of A Meal To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, In Particular: Cooking, Packaging And Delivery, Along With Transhipment To Transport Trolleys, Meals Intended For The Contracting Authority, As Well As The Collection, Export And Utilization Of Post -Consumption Waste And Waste Related To Used Disposable Packaging, Packed In Sacks With A Capacity 120 L, In Accordance With Applicable Law. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Employer For Nutrition Services Consisting In: A) Planning And Preparing Food Rations, Caloric Values And The Content Of Nutrients, In Accordance With The Nutrition Standards For The Polish Population, Developed By The National Institute Of Public Health Pzh - State Research Institute, As Well As With Law In The Field Collecting, After Each Delivery (I.E. 3 Times A Day) Of Post-Consumer Waste And Used Disposable Packaging, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The State Sanitary And Epidemiological Station) To Observe The Sanitary And Hygiene Regime, Ohs And Fire Protection Regime. Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Right In This Respect), Collecting And Storage, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Standards, Food Samples From Each Meal - The So -Called Food Samples-For The Purposes Of Sanitary And Epidemiological Inspection) Incurring Full Responsibility For Food Poisoning In Patients (Due To The Fault Of The Contractor), 4Th-Rescue, Average Daily Amount Of Personnel (All-Day Food) Which Should Be Assumed To The Calculations-75 People. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Daily Amount (+/- 3 Meals) Of All-Day Food In Sudden Situations, Which The Contracting Authority Was Unable To Predict Resulting From The Number Of Hospitalized Patients. The Costs Will Be Incurred For The Actual Amount Of Dishes/Meals Delivered
