The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Project Documentation In The Field Of The Construction Of The Bridge, Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road Before And Behind The Bridge, Construction Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Demolition Of The Existing Bridge, Construction Of A Temporary Footbridge For Pedestrians, And Obtaining Industry Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task And Exercising Authors Supervision For The Task: Rebuilding The Bridge Along The Poviat Route In 1982D Water In The City Of Old Castle. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With All The Requirements Set To The Contractor, Including In The Scope Of Art. 95 And Art. 438 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Was Included In Annex 4 To Swz - Contract (Project) Together With Attachments And Annex 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Attachment. The Removal Guarantees The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract At A Level Not Lower Than 70% Of The Gross Contractual Value.
