3 Husarska 2, 32-590 Gromiec.2. The Platform Will Be Mounted By The Stairs Inside The Above -Mentioned Building. The Basic Purpose Of The Platform Will Be The Transport Of A Person In A Wheelchair. In Particular, In The Scope Of Width Of The Stairs.4.Panforma, It Must Have All Required For Use In Public Facilities, Including The Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Allowing The Operation Of The Platform. Institutions (Including The Office Of Technical Inspection) And Will Participate In Udt.6 Registration Examination. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Train Min. 2 Persons Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Field Of Service Of The Installed Platform. 7. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract, Built -In Materials Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Factory New And Complete, The Highest Species, Will Come From Current Production And Have Technical Parameters Required By The Contracting Authority. 8. The Subject Of The Contract May Not Come From Any Shows, Nor Will It Be Charged With Rights To Third Parties And Will Not Violate The Rights Of Third Parties And Will Meet The Requirements Of Polish And European Law. 9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 4 To Swz.
