1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Building Conditions Together With Graphic Attachments To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Results Of The Analysis, 2) Preparing Projects To Determine The Location Of Public Purpose Investment Together With Graphic Attachments To The Project Of Decisions, Analysis And Results Of The Analysis, 3) Preparing Changes To The Final Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Investment Of The Purpose Of The Purpose Of The Purpose Public. 4) Preparation Of Draft Decisions Refusing To Determine The Building Conditions And Refusing To Decide To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment. 3. Requirements For The Documents Drawn Up: 1) Decision Draft Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With Applicable Law, And In Particular: The Act Of 27 March 2003. On The Designations And Naming Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Building Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164 Item 1589), 2) The Documents Should Be Made In Paper And Electronic Editable Version, 3) The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Successively Transferred Contractors, During The Contract Issuing A Decision To Determine Building Conditions Or Applications For A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Applications For Possible Changes. 4. The Number Of Draft Decisions That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Depend On The Number And Subject Of Applications That Will Receive The Head Of The Jeżowe Commune By December 31, 2025 And The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 5 The Expected Number Of Decisions For Implementation Is For The Scope Of The Basic Contract: 200 Decisions On Building And Land Development Conditions, 5 Public Purpose Investment Decisions, 10 Decisions Amending Decisions On Building Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment.
