Przedmiotem Zamówienia Jest Kompleksowa Organizacja I Przeprowadzenie Wyjazdowej, Dwudniowej Konferencji Dla Dyrektorów Jednostek Oświatowych Miasta Katowice Oraz Przedstawicieli Organu Prowadzącego, W Tym Realizacja Usług Z Nimi Powiązanych W Zakresie: Zapewnienia Przez Wykonawcę Wyspecjalizowanej Kadry Szkoleniowej Do Realizacji Części Merytorycznej Zamówienia, Opiekuna Technicznego Grupy, Zaplecza Techniczno-Organizacyjnego, Materiałów Szkoleniowych, Usług Restauracyjnych, Transportu Do Miejsca Docelowego I Z Return, Hotel, Accommodation And Conference Services Described In Detail In Annex 6 To Swz - (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). 1. Organizational Information: Event Date: 27 - 28 August 2025. The Organizer Of The Event And Representatives Of The Organization Of The Organization And A Summary Of Work In The 2024/2025 School Year And The Inauguration Of The 2025/2026 School Year; • Integration Of The Team Of Directors Of Educational Units Of The City Of Katowice And Representatives Of The Leading Body And Support By Building Relationships; • Familiarizing Participants With The Designed Changes In The Educational Law. The Final Hours Will Be Determined And Transferred To The Contractors At The Latest 7 Business Days Before The Start Of The Conference. During Both Days, Various Spaces Will Be Used, I.E. A Conference Room And Workshop Rooms. The Number Of Participants: A Minimum 100 And A Maximum Of 120 People. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Provide The Final Number Of Participants At The Latest 7 Business Days Before The Start Of The Conference. 2. The Employer Informs That For Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Applies The Right To Options (Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law). The Employer Provides That: A) The Minimum Basic, Guaranteed By The Employer The Number Of Event Participants Will Be 100 People, B) The Maximum Possible Number Of Event Participants Will Be 120 People. It Means That The Number Of 100 Participants Is The Minimum Size, Which Should Be Valued In The Price Offer [This Value Is Guaranteed To Be Completed During The Subject Of The Contract]. If The Number Of Participants Of The Event Is Greater Than The Guaranteed Minimum (100 People), The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Increase The Subject Of The Contract To The Maximum Number Of Persons Based On The Unit Rate Given For The Basic Amount, However, With The Proviso That This Is His Right, Which He Can Use, But Does Not Have To, Depending On The Needs.
