The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation Including An Architectural And Construction Design, Technical (Executive) Design, Investor Cost Estimates And Works, Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Studies Necessary To Fulfill All Assumed Functions With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Building Permit And Exercising Authors Supervision During The Investment During The Investment At Modernization Of Kitchen Rooms In The Building Of The Cultural Center In Preczów. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 3.1. Acquiring The Map For Design Purposes, 3.2. Construction Project, Including, Among Others: Plot Or Area Development Project And Architectural And Construction Design, Technical (Executive) Design, 3.3. Performance Of A Complete Project Together With The Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Simplified And Detailed Cost Estimates As Well As The Bill Of Quantities In The Paper Version And On The Electronic Medium, 3.4. Other Studies Necessary To Fulfill All Assumed Functions And Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or Reporting Intention To Start Construction Works Together With Obtaining Final Decisions (If Required), 3.5.
