3 At The Outset, The Contractor Is Developed By The Contractor With A 3-War Urban-Architectural Concept (Hereinafter Referred To As The Concept) In The Area Covered By The Investment Intention, Then On The Basis Of The Selected Variant Approved By The Contracting Authority, Developing A Complete Multi-Branch Design Documentation (Construction And Executive Projects, Technical And Executive Specification, Technical Specification And Receipt. Works As Well As The Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate) Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required By Detailed Provisions And Necessary To Build Planned Facilities, In All Necessary Industries. For The Developed Documentation, The Contractor Will Obtain The Final Decision Of The Building Permit On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority. 3. Documentation, Constituting All The Studies, Should Be Developed Based On Guidelines, Recommendations And On The Principles Formulated By The Ordering Party Later In This Study And Its Attachments. These Guidelines Should Be Used Directly Unless The Concluded Contract Provides Otherwise. A Derogation From The Guidelines May Occur, If The Applicable Provisions Constitute Otherwise - The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Contracting Authority About The Creation Of Such A Situation - Or If The Solution Proposed By The Designer (Contractor) Will Receive The Approval By The Contracting Authority. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Documentation With The Employer. 5. In The Scope Of The Contract, The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Be Obliged To Develop At The Design Stage Of All Applications, Including For Issuing A Decision On The Building Permit And Introducing Any Changes Or Supplementations To The Above -Mentioned Applications, Which Will Prove To Be Necessary In Connection With The Course Of Administrative Proceedings Or Favorable For The Implemented Subject Of The Contract Or Will Be Required By A Provision. 6.
