1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Telecommunications Services Including Mobile Telephony Services And Package Data Transmission For A Period Of 36 Months Together With The Delivery Of Telephone Apparatus. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains A List Of Services And Supplies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide As Part Of The Basic Contract And The Order Covered By The Law Of The Options. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Use The Order Covered By The Option Of The Option. 2. The Detailed Scope And Manner Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In:- Annex 1 To Swz- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract;- Annex 2 To Swz- Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
