1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Supply Of Fuel To The Means Of Transport Of The Ordering Party Of Pałucki Centrum Zdrowie Sp. Z O. O. In Żnin, In An Amount Of About 27,000 Liters Of On And 100 Liters Of Unleaded Gasoline 95 During The Time Specified For 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract. 2. Due To The Numerous Refueling Resulting From The Obligation To Maintain Full Readiness (Emergency Ambulances), The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractors Fuel Station Be Within The City And Commune Of Żnin And Served 24 -Hour Service. 3. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Amount Of Diesel Specified In Point 1 Swz, Is An Estimate, Used To Calculate The Price Of The Offer, Comparison Of Offers And Select The Best Offer. 4. The Basis For Settlement For The Purchase Of Fuel During The Contract Will Be The Price At The Contractors Gas Station On The Day Of Purchase, Less The Price Reduction Rate (Discount/Discount) Provided In The Offer. 5. The Contractor Will Ensure Non-Cash Refueling, With A 2-Week Settlement Date (From 1 To 15 And From The 16Th To The Last Day Of Each Month). The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Evidence To Each Invoice Or A Collective Statement Of Transactions Made In A Given Settlement Period. 6. Payment Deadline - Transfer To The Contractors Account, Within 30 Days, From Receiving The Correctly Issued Invoice By The Ordering Party 7. The Contractor Must Have The Appropriate Permission To Rotate With Piles Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Specified In The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. 10. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Division Of The Order Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs On The Part Of The Contracting Authority. Fuel Collection On And Pb 95 Will Be Made By The Same Vehicle At One Time And The Order Divided Into Parts Would Threaten Excessive Organizational And Economic Difficulties, Including Increased Work Time.
