Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Installation Of A Nursery Equipment As Part Of The Adaptation Of A Part Of The Building After The Health Center In Gąsawa For The Needs Of A Nursery - Municipal Nursery Małe Gąski In Gąsawa
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Equipment As Part Of The Adaptation Of A Part Of The Building After The Health Center In Gąsawa For The Needs Of The Nursery. The Object Of The Contract Includes Delivery, Unpacking, Assembly Of Furniture And Other Elements Supplied In Parts And Their Setting, Assembly, Connection To Water And Water Installations, Electricity For Requiring Items In Rooms And Appropriate Places, In Accordance With Annex 1 To Swz. A Detailed List Of Individual Elements Of The Order. The Material Used By The Contractor When Performing The Subject Of The Contract Must Be New And Unused, They Must Have Attestations And Certificates Required By Polish Regulations, Including The Marketing Authorization Certificates And Security Certificates. All Furniture And Other Equipment Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Be: A) High -Quality Products That Meet The Applicable Standards And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, B) Factory New, Never Used Before And Not Affected By Any Physical Defect And The Rights Of Third Parties Free Of Burdens) Must Be In Line With Polish Standards, Certified And Approved For Use In Poland. All Approvals, Certificates, Operating Instructions, Etc. For The Supplied Equipment Will Be Required For Delivery And Will Constitute Part Of The As -Built Documentation. The Contractor As A Waste Manufacturer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Para. 1 Point 32 Of The Waste Act Of 14.12.2012, (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 21, As Amended), Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Contract In Accordance With The Above -Mentioned Act, The Act Of 27.04.2001 Of Environmental Protection Law (I.E. Of 2013, Journal Of Laws Of Journal (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 1399, As Amended).
