Tenders are invited for Dynamic and Skilled Facilitators to Lead the Implementation of Job Placement Sessions under a Nationwide Employability Project. INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. It is also a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network of 14 countries across the MENA region. INJAZ Lebanon is seeking dynamic and skilled Facilitators to lead the implementation of Job placement sessions under a nationwide employability project. Facilitators will be responsible for delivering structured employability training to vulnerable youth and jobseekers using the official project curriculum. Purpose The Facilitator is responsible for delivering structured job readiness sessions to vulnerable youth and adult jobseekers using the donors methodology. The role supports participants in developing practical employability skills, building confidence, and improving access to decent work opportunities. Key Responsibilities · Participate in all preparation activities including Training of Facilitators (ToF), briefing, and refresher sessions. · Deliver employability training sessions using participatory techniques and a learner-centered approach. · Facilitate modules on self-assessment, CV writing, job search strategies, interview skills, digital tools, and workplace readiness. · Inspire a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for participants to engage, share, and grow. · Support participants throughout their learning journey by offering guidance, individual support, and constructive feedback. · Assist in selecting participants and organizing learning groups. · Coordinate session logistics, ensure venue readiness, and manage training materials. · Monitor and track attendance, engagement, and learning progress during each session. · Support the delivery of career-focused events (e.g. job fairs, company talks). · Collect pre/post assessments and feedback forms; contribute to periodic reports and success stories. · Provide practical examples and activities that reflect real-life employability challenges and solutions. · Ensure timely submission of documentation, reports, and feedback to the program team. · Resolve group dynamics or disputes with sensitivity and fairness. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of content and methods based on field insights. · Remain available for flexible working hours, including weekends or evenings when required. Qualifications · Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitation, youth training, career counseling, or social support roles. · Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. · Demonstrated flexibility, empathy, and the ability to motivate and engage diverse learners. · Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. · Comfort with group facilitation, simulations, and real-time feedback. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Fluency in Arabic and English. · Motorized and willing to commute to different locations when needed. · Familiarity with digital tools and/or foreign languages is a plus.
