Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of All-in-One Solar Street Lights COLLECTION OF BIDS DOCUMENTS (GOODS AND WORKS) Interested Companies (for Goods and Works) are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Unit of the Institute between 10:0am4:00pm (MondayFriday except Public Holiday) on evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) per Lot, paid into the Nigeria Institute for Sport (NIS) REMITA account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS AND WORKS) Prospective bidders are to submit bid for any of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies (original and photocopies) each of the Technical and Financial Bids with softcopy of financial bid only in Ms-Excel Format (saved on USB Flash), packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two (2) sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed: The Director General, National Institute for Sports, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and deposited in the Tender Box in the Procurement Unit not later than 12:00noon on Monday 21st July 2025.
