Location: Kigali Deadline: Thursday, 17/07/2025 10:00 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Subject: Consultancy Services for Training provision GENERAL BACKGROUND COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to operate as a Microfinance Institution, registered in the office of the Registrar General with Company Code 100544626, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali. COPEDU PLC is seeking expression of interest from qualified, self-motivated and experienced Company to provide trainings to their Staff in accordance with institutions requirements and standard norms. OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT The general objective of the assignment is to provide trainings. The content of those trainings must be in line with institutions need. Interested Companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide different trainings in financial institutions by submitting a brief technical understanding, Company profile, competence of their staff, completion certificates, and/or contracts of past services or ongoing services. Below is the list of trainings to be provided: Data analytics and reporting Global internal audit standards Ethical hacking and penetration testing Effective talent acquisition and retention Techniques for evaluating credit risks Operational and capital expenditure (OPEX&CAPEX) in budgeting. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Climate and environmental risk Management(ESG) Cash flow analysis and Loan structuring ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Company/Trainer profile Course outline and methodology 2 work certificate of similar assignments in Banks Financial proposal in Rwandan Francs (inclusive of all costs) Proposed training schedule Companys eligibility documents (Valid taxes clearance form RRA; valid RSSB certificate, RDB certificate) Submission Deadline: All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to COPEDU PLCs Head office no later than Thursday, July17, 2025 at 10:00 AM late submissions will not be considered, opening is planned on the same day at 10:30AM for those who wish to attend Selection Process: Proposals will be evaluated based on application: experience, methodology, and cost-effectiveness.
