Quotation are invited for Design, Supply and Install Ac and Dc Circuitries into the Existing Equipment at Cygnus Substation Procurement Less than R300 000 (including vat) The City of uMhlathuze is looking for a suitable service provider to design, supply and install AC and DC circuitries into the existing equipment at Cygnus substation. Cygnus substation has 2 x 110VDC banks, 5 x protection schemes in the 132kV control room, 2 x 11kV banks of indoor switchgear and 2 x 400VAC from NEC/R/Aux. 110VDC Supply Run and terminate all control plant DC power supply cabling as per Electrical Drawings provided All new cables shall be numbered at both ends by means of engraved brass markers in conspicuous position All DC loads shall be supplied from the DC DB in the 132kV control room 110V DC DB Run and terminate all control plant cabling as per Electrical Drawings provided All new cables shall be numbered at both ends by means of engraved brass markers in conspicuous position. Each protection scheme shall have dedicated and labelled MCB Decommission the old DC DB in the 11kV switch-room All used MCs shall be labelled as per their destination loads 400V AC Supply Install 1 x new AC Supply Changeover Box in the control room Run and terminate all control plant cabling as per Electrical Drawings provided All Cables shall be numbered at both ends by means of engraved brass markers in conspicuous position.
