Request for proposals for Marine Conservation Apprenticeship Training - Namaqualand Coastline. Terms of Reference, Deliverables and Deliverables Schedule The successful service provider will be responsible for implementing the following accredited training courses for six youths in partnership with CSA. Ensuring apprentices complete the following accredited training programmes: Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) diving certifications. National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) crew and coxswain certifications, including safety at sea training. Skipper Ticket via the South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA). Certified Basic Aquaculture Course, Post Harvest Quality Control (PHQC) through an AgriSETA-accredited provider. Business Management Course accredited by a Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) or equivalent Health and Safety Training (SETA or professional body accredited) Deliverables: 1. Training Materials: a. Comprehensive training manuals and guides relevant to each course. The course material must be accredited by the relevant institution. b. Supplementary materials such as handouts, worksheets, and visual aids that can be and should be used by the six youth. 4. Submission Details a. Deadline. Proposals must be received no later than 16h00 SAST on 25 July 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted via email to csaprocurement@conservation.org All proposals are to be submitted following the guidelines listed in this RFP. b. Applicants should provide a detailed budget when submitting c. Validity of bid 30 days from the submission deadline d. Clarifications.
