Required Qualifications and Experience The Animal Production Specialist must meet the following criteria: University degree of at least Bac+4 (Bachelor + 4 years) in animal production, animal health, or a related field Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the field of animal production In-depth knowledge of Guineas livestock systems Strong ability to conduct diagnostics and evaluations of livestock systems Capacity to design, identify, and transfer agropastoral innovations in rural areas Good understanding of integrated management systems for traditional and modern livestock Strong experience in supporting farmers (organization, training) Skills in developing training materials and tools for livestock producers and their organizations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent skills in identifying animal production constraints and proposing solutions Experience in rural areas and regions of project intervention in Guinea is an advantage Tender Link : https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement
