The Indicated Values In The List Referred To In Para. 4, Were Adopted To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Order And Are Only Indicative, Which Does Not Reflect The Real Or Declared Use Of Gas Fuel During The Contract And Does Not Constitute An Obligation To Buy Natural Gas In The Amount Given. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Collecting The Expected Amount Of Gas By The Ordering Party. 6. The Detailed Method Of Execution Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 2 To Swz Constituting The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
