The Needs Of The Contracting Authority To Conclude These Framework Agreements Arises From The Legal Task (Nis2) Which It Receives. The Nis2 Guideline Requires Companies Such As Contracting Authority To Be Proactive In Identifying, Controlling And Reporting Cyber Incidents. The Framework Agreements To Be Concluded Must Ensure That Care Organizations That Fall Under The Cyber Security Law Can Make Use Of The Expertise Of The Incident Response Party In The Event That A Cyber Security Incident Takes Place At The Care Organization.
