The Acquisition Focuses On The Renovation Contract Of The Windows In The Kivelä Senior Center Building. The Contract Is The Overall Contract Where The Contractor Of The Construction Engineering Works Acts As A General Contractor And A Legislative Main Contractor (Yse 1998). The Size Definitions Of The Windows, The Floor-Specific Quantities And The Description Of The Repair Needs Are Further Described In The Contract Program And Other Appendixes In The Invitation To Tender. The Kivelä Senior Center, Built In 1932, Is Protected As A Building In The Town Plan Sr-2 And The Repair Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Good Construction And The Construction Of The Building. The Building Is Available To Patients And Kindergarten Clients Throughout The Windows, Which Should Be Taken Into Account During The Renovation Of The Windows.
