The Target Procurement Is Subject To A Test Based On Elisa (Enzyme-Mediated Immunosorbent Determination) For Dsg1 And Dsg3 (Dsg = Desmogin). The Tests Provided Should Identify Dsg1 And Dsg3 Car Antibodies With Sufficient Reliably And Suitable For Analysis With The Automation Equipment Based On The Elisa Method Already In Use In Our Laboratory. The Tests Provided Must Be Compatible With The Eurolabworkstation And/Or Euroimmun Analyzers Available.
