The Transformer Station Is Part Of A Larger Network Development Project. The Project Aims To Secure The Energy Supply To The Business Park And Facilitate Planned Industrial Development In The Area. In The Long Term, The Measure Will Also Strengthen The Security Of Supply In Haugaland And Enable The Connection Of Energy Production Fratysvær Wind Turbine. This Procurement Includes The Construction Of The Transformer Station In Hnp (Except Elmek Deliveries, Etc.) The Implementation Of The Project Is Subject To Final Agreement On Cost Distribution With All Relevant Players, And That The Construction Contribution Agreement With Haugaland Næringspark As Is Carried Out As Planned. It Is Expected That Necessary Clarifications Will Be Put In Place So That The Project Can Be Completed According To Plan. However, No Guarantee Can Be Given. However, There Is No Upper Limit On How Many Qualified Suppliers May Be Invited To Submit Offers, And The Client Reserves The Right To Invite All. An Any Selection Of Suppliers Who Are Invited To Provide Offers Will Be Made Based On The Selection Criteria In The Competition Description Point 4. Assignments. A First Reduction In The Number Of Offers Can Be Done Already In Advance Of The Negotiations, Cf. Section 19-12 (4) Of The Supply Regulations. Any Reductions In The Number Of Offers Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Award Criteria. The Client Also Makes Reservations About Awarding The Contract Without Conducting Negotiations.
