The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of The Culvert On The Czernica River Together With The Demolition Of The Existing Bridge And Reconstruction Of Travel Along The Forest Road No. 11-14-0025 In The Cash. General Scope Of Works:- Demolition Of An Existing Single-Span Bridge With A Typical Smt Military Bridge Based On Wooden Pads Through A Wooden Ball Cap,- Demolition Of Concrete Supports,- Geodetic Service,- Earthworks,- Temporary Channel,- Execution Of The Pass,- Execution Of The Road Surface Above, Slopes And Dna Of The River,- Execution Of Road Safety Elements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Annex 9- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Which Consists Of: (1) Design Documentation: (A) Construction Project; (B) Technical Design; (C) Demolition Project; (D) Preference Of Works. The Bill Of Quantities Is Not The Exclusive Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Price Of All Costs For The Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Works Technology Determined In Swz As Well As Project Documentation And Stwiorb. (2) Technical Specification And Receipt Of Construction Works. The Realization Of Construction Works Must Always Correspond To The Binding Technical, Construction And Legal Principles Regarding A Given Object And Technology Of Works. When Performing The Order, Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Provisions On Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection, Sanitary Protection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover All Fees And Penalties Imposed By The Relevant Entities, Authorities And Institutions For Breaking The Law Made By The Contractor, Exceeding The Norms And Regulations During The Performance Of The Contract, And Culpable Negligence. In The Performance Of Works, Only Materials, Products, Devices Allowed To Trading And Corresponding To The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Hereinafter: Construction Law) And The Provisions On Construction Products, And Should Also Be In Line With The Requirements Set Out In The Opz Attached To Swz. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Contract To Subcontractors. In The Event Of An Intention To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In Its Offer Part Of The Contract (Material Ranges), Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
