School Complex In Gościn - Primary School With Integration Departments Major Henryk Sucharski Is Located In Two Buildings, Divided By Students Into Two Educational Stages: 1) The First Stage: Class I - Iii, Building At Ul. Kościuszki 5; 2) Second Stage: Class Iv - Viii, Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 14; 3. The Contracting Authority Has Canteens In Both Buildings Where Students Eat Meals. In Each Of The Buildings There Is A Different Status Of Kitchen Rooms, Therefore: Building At Ul. Kościuszki 51) Ordering Party: A) Provides The Rooms For Portioning, Issuing And A Room For Washing Dishes; B) Reserves That He Will Charge The Contractor For The Media Used (Based On Meter Readings), In Accordance With Current Prices; 2) Contractor, Provides: A) Cleaning And Washing Dishes After Meals; B) Organizing Kitchen Rooms And A Canteen; C) Removal Of All Food Waste From The School; Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 141) Employer: A) Does Not Provide A Room For Portioning, Issuing And Dishesworked Room, These Rooms Are Bound By A Lease Agreement With An Agent; B) Does Not Provide Dishes To Eat A Meal. 2) The Contractor, Provides: A) The Arrangement Of The Canteen Within Its Use (Issuing Meals And Their Consumption By Students); B) Removal Of Any Used Disposable Vessels From The School; C) Removing All Food Waste From The School; 4. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Children Declared For A Given Month May Change In Situations That The Contracting Authority Could Not Predict, For Example, The Childs Illness, Other Random Situations Affecting Childrens Attendance; 5. The Order Includes The Preparation, Delivery And Release Of One Hot Meal - The Other, For About 80 Students, Taking Into Account The Division: 1) The First Stage: Class I - Iii, About 40 Meals; 2) Second Stage: Class Iv - Viii, Approx. 40 Meals. 6. Delivery Will Take Place 5 Days A Week, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Except For Public Holidays. 7. The Hot Meal Of One Student Hereinafter Referred To As A Meal, Consists Of Another Dish. 8. Daily Estimated Number Of Meals: 1) Dinner - Quantity - 80 Pcs. 9. Estimated Number Of Meals During The Order, I.E. From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026, Assuming 100 % Attendance Of Children: 1) Lunch - Quantity 14 365 Pcs. 10. Meals Will Be Issued With Cycle: 1) Class I - Iii, Building At Ul. Kościuszki 5 - Hours 11: 30; 2) Classes Iv - Viii, Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 14 - Hour 11:30 And 12:35.
