The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of A Pfu, Based On Which The Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Will Be Developed And The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including: 1) The Implementation Of The Current Situational And Highness Map For Design Purposes On A Scale Of 1: 500, 2) Developing The Concept Of Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road Ul. Lwowska Consisting In The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, With Bituminous Surface, On The South Side, On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Starodąbrowska, To The Intersection With Ul. Słoneczna, Which Will Take Into Account The Connection With The Designed Road For Bicycles As Part Of The Developed Project Documentation Entitled Expansion Of National Road No. 73 To National Road No. 94 In The City Of Tarnów - Stage Iii - Project Documentation And A Rebuilt Intersection On Ul. Starodąbrowska. The Concept Should Include: A) Situational And Severity Plan On A Minimum Scale Of 1: 500 Along With Intersections, Basic Elements Of Traffic Organization And Road Development, Including Taking Into Account Pedestrian Crossings And Crossings For Cyclists Through Existing Roads, B) A Description Of Road Solutions Taking Into Account The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along With Crossings And Crossings, C) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, D) Execution Of The Technological Channel, E) Reconstruction Of Lighting, F) Location Of Engineering Facilities (Culverts, Retaining Walls), G) Typical Cross-Sections, 3) Execution And/Or Acquisition On The Basis Of The Concept Approved By The Contracting Authority: A) Geotechnical Opinion In Order To Document Soil-Water Conditions Together With The Performance Of Geological Tests (In Places (In Places Agreed With The Employer) To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Development Of Documentation And Others According To The Needs Imposed At The Stage Of Arrangements And Giving Opinions On The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, B) Arrangements, Permits, Decisions, Opinions, Reports, Expertise, Conditions From Network Managers And From Zdik In Tarnów And Materials Necessary To Develop Project Documentation And Perform The Scope Of Construction Works In The Design Build On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Obtain A Building Permit Decision, C) Traffic Tests In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Traffic Measurements In Przekrój Ul. Lwowska, In A Place Agreed With The Ordering Party, D) Measurements Of Noise And Other Nuisance, E) Data On The Pollution Of The Atmosphere Necessary For Air Protection Analysis And Reports, Opinions Or Expertise In The Field Of Environmental Protection, F) Inventory Of Greenery, G) Of Conservation Recommendations Of The Conservator Of Monuments (If Required), H) Of The Functional And Functional Program In Accordance With The Guidelines In Accordance With The Provisions Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021
