The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Food Products For The Municipal Information, Culture Center, Irekreacja Sport Based In Długosiodło. Deliveries Will Be Cyclically Carried Out By The Contractors Transport And At Its Expense To The Cuisine Led By The Ordering Party In: A) The Public Primary School Named After Tadeusza Kościuszko, Ul. T. Kościuszki 5, 07-210D Services, B) School Complex In Stary Bosew, Ul. Development 19, Stare Bosewo, 07-210 Długosiodło. Each Of The Products Should Be Delivered In The Required Packaging. Cyclic Deliveries Will Be Carried Out As Follows: 1. Part And Fresh Pork And Poultry - 3 Times A Week (Monday To Friday) From From 6.00 To 7.00, The Ordering Party Provides For Deliveries On The Day Of Placing The Order - Orders Can Be Operated Until 7.00, And The Delivery Must Take Place By 12.00. Food Articles Will Take Place Each Time On The Basis Of A Telephone Order Or Mediation Of E -Mail Placed By The Ordering Party, In Which It Will Indicate The Ordered Products, At The Latest At 12.00 Before The Day Of Delivery (In The Case Of Part I, The Employer Provides For Delivery On The Day Of Placing The Order). Products Must Meet Qualitative Standards And Must Be Delivered In Their Initial Usefulness. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Meat, Which Was Previously Packed With Hermetically Or Freezed. Includes In Which The Ordering Party Used Their Own Names To Determine The Taste Values Of Products, Ordering Products With The Same Or Higher Taste. The Contractor Should Maintain The Adequate Of Transport And Storage Of The Delivered Goods. Any Delivery Of Goods Requiring An Identification Trade Input Must Have Such A Document. The Contractor Will Lend Freely Necessary For The Provisions Of The Goods To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party For The Period For The Next Delivery. Not All Products Of Products Must Be Purchased Or Purchased In A Full Quantitative Extent. The Employer Reserves The Right To Say A Smaller Amount Of Goods Than Specified In The Offer. The Contractors Are Not Entitled To The Commerce Conditions For Reducing The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Recognize The Quality Of The Quality And Quantity Of The Goods And Deliver The New Party To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party On The Day The Complaint Was Placed. The Ordering Authorities Authorized The Authority Of Selected Employees And The Number Of Foodstuffs Are Included In The Price Form (Annex No. 5.1 To Swz).
