The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of A New Sprinkler Sprinkler With A Snow Removal Plow With The Technical Parameters Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 2. Warranty Period For Purchased Equipment At Least 24 Months3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Attach A Set Of Documents To The Transferred Equipment: Declaration Of Conformity, Written Warranty And Other Documents Required By Law Prepared In Polish. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver Purchased Equipment At Its Own Expense To The Place Of Garage Of The Equipment By The Employer: Poviat Road Administration In Lipno Ul. Wojska Polskiego 8, 87-600 Lipno5. The Contractor Will Ensure Free Launch, Checking, Possible Adjustment After Starting. 6. The Contracting Authority Before Signing The Contract With The Contractor Will Check The Technical Condition Of The Supplied Devices, Their Compliance With The Technical Specification And Visual Condition. In The Event Of A Bad Technical Condition By The Ordering Party Not Corresponding To The Technical Specifications, The Contracting Authority Will Withdraw From The Purchase. 7. On The Day Of Receipt Of The Devices, A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Will Be Prepared. The Commission Will Be Considered If The Devices Meet All The Requirements Specified In This Swz, Will Be Delivered To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Without Any Damage.
