The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection (Loading), Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos From Real Estate Located In The Turek Commune. The Service Will Be Provided In Connection With The Implementation In The Commune Of Undertaking Entitled Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From The Turek Commune In 2025 - 2026 And Will Be Implemented Over A Period Of 2 Years. The Scope Of The Order Includes Reception (Loading), Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From The Turek Commune In An Amount Of Up To 281.43 Mg, Divided Into Two Stages: A) In 2025 - Pickup Up To 200.00 Mg To September 30, 2025 - First Stage, B) In 2026 - Pickup Up To 81.43 Mg Until September 30, 2026 - Second Stage. (Loading), Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products Are Understood As Packaging And Protection Against Harmful Effects (Emission To The Environment), Loading Of Asbestos -Containing Products And Their Transport To The Authorized Waste Landfill In Order To Dispose Of Them, In Accordance With Applicable Law In This Respect. The Contracting Authority Reserves That Due To The Nature Of The Service, These Quantities May Change Due To The Fact That The Basis For Determining Them Are The Applications Of Property Owners. The Final Amount Depends On The Amount Of Actually Received Asbestos Products Intended For Disposal.
