1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Sale And Delivery Of New, Unused And Unregenerated Navigation Marking Elements. The Contracting Authority Accepts The Delivery In Two Parts. The Place Of Delivery Is The Database Of Navigation Marking Of The Maritime Office In Gdynia, Ul. Półkodowa 9, 80-561 Gdańsk. Delivery Conditions Are Described In The Content Of The Contract Template (Annex 4 To Swz). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 5 To Swz. 3. Information On Own Names In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In The Price Form (Annex 1.1 To Swz) Using Specific Names, Due To The Objective And Justified Need, Resulting From The Technical Specificity, Compatibility With The Existing System And Security Requirements. According To The Principle Expressed In Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority May Describe The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Provided That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words; The Contracting Authority Also Described The Equivalence Parameters For The Product, With The Description Of Which The Own Name Was Used. In The Case Of Offering An Equivalent Product, The Contractor Must Provide Data Regarding The Designation Of The Goods So That The Contracting Authority Can Assess Whether The Offered Product Is Equivalent And Meets Specific Requirements.
