The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of Access Roads To Agricultural Land In The Biecz Commune, Broken Down Into Tasks: 1) Access Road Wyręd Plot No. 765 In Rożnowice With A Length Of 300 Mb. 2) Access Road Na Limanowskiego Plot No. 411 In Racławice With A Length Of 100 M Access Na Cieniawa Plot Number 3062 In Biecz With A Length Of 120 M Tasks Carried Out As Part Of The Subsidy In 2025 From Funds From The Budget Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship For The Modernization Of Access Roads To Agricultural Land. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: Annex 1 - Technical Documentation (Design Documentation, Stwiorb With A Pre -Works Of The Works) Annex N No. 6 - Relevant Contractual Provisions Note! The Number Of Works Attached By The Contracting Authority Are Indicative And Auxiliary Significance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make His Own Findings As To The Actual Scope Of Work Required To Achieve The Result And Make Any Supplementations Or Changes.
