Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Service In The Field Of Servicing, Including The Maintenance Of Repairs Of The Software Used By The Employer. 2. The Website Includes The Amms And Infomedica It System From Asseco Poland S.A. Including Medical Part And Part Of The Administrative Part. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To This Swz.4. The Contracting Authority In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Accurately Determined The Qualitative Standards Related To All Relevant Features Of The Subject Of The Contract. Service Service Of The Software On The Part Of The Contractor Will Be Carried Out By A Person Who Is App, Who Has A Certificate Confirming Competence. In The Absence Of Access To The Application System, The Authorized Employees Of The Employer Will Transfer The Contractor A Service Application Via E -Mail With Confirmation Of Receipt Or Fax With Telephone Confirmation Of Data Transmission And In Exceptional Cases By Phone. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With Service Telephone Numbers, Fax, E -Mail Addresses And Access To The Electronic Application System. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Proceed To The Execution Of The Order Without Undue Delay, But No Later Than Within 2 Business Days From The Moment Of Receiving The Order. Error Repair Time During Service Hours - 2 Working Days. 9 In The Case Of Critical Errors, The Contractor Will Start Removing The Problem Immediately But Not Later Than Up To 2 Hours After Reporting The Problem. Critical Error Repair Time During Service Hours - 8H, Critical Error Repair Time Outside The Service Of The Website - 12H.
