The Order Does Not Include The Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities At The Sports Hall And The Renovation Of The Cloakroom And Shower Team At The Gym. Price -Forming. E) The Contractor Will Present A Material And Financial Schedule Before Signing The Contract. I) In The Case Of Work During The School Year, The Safety Of Students And Employees Should Be Ensured And The Necessary Minimum Of Any Difficulties Resulting From The Works. The Contractor Also Bears Legal Effects For Any Damage Caused During The Work. Particularly Burdensome Works, Including Works That Require The Use Of Devices Generating Significant Noise, Should Be Carried Out Outside Of The Hours Of Didactic Classes Or In Consultation With The Facility Management. The Contractor Is Required To Separate The Work Zone From The Schools Functioning .J) The Names Of Materials And Producers Are Examples, The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials With Not Worse Parameters.
