The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Thermomodernization Of The Building At Ul. Zdrojowa 39A In Accordance With The Attached Documentation: Thermomodernization Of The Building At 39 Z Zdrojowa Street And In Kudowa -Zdrój Together With The Authors Supervision. The Task Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Thermomodernization Together With The Exchange Of Sources Of Heat Heat Of Residential Municipal Buildings And Communities In The Kłodzko Region - Program: Program For Lower Silesia 202111 - 2027 - Priority 9 European Funds For The Transformation Of Mining Areas In Lower Silesia Co -Financed By The European Union And The State Budget. The Building In Question Is Located Within: 1) Historical Center Of The City Of Kudowa-Zdrój Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 510 By Decision Of 01.12.1958 And The City Of Kudowa-Zdrój As A Historical Urban System Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number 684/Wow By Decision Of 8.12.1977; 2) Archeological Observation Area For The Medieval Town In The Ridges Of The Urban System Entered In The Register Of Monuments, 3) Zdrojowy Park In Kudowa-Zdrój Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 1165/Wł By Decision Of 28.03.1986. Therefore, This Building Is Subject To Conservation Protection And The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Arrangements Issued By The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Scope Of Work In Particular Includes: 1. Roof Replacement, Including: 1) Replacement Of The Truss, 2) Insulation, 3) Replacement Of An External Sheathing, 4) Replacement Of Glowing With Trigger Pipes, 5) Lightning Protection, 6) Soffit And Machining, 7) Replacement Of Seasoning Windows. 2. Making Ventilation Chimneys Exclusively For Bathrooms And Kitchens. 3. Making In The Roof Of Venting Chimneys For Existing Sanitary Sewage Departments Ended In The Attic - 6 Pcs. 4. Insulation Of External Walls. 5. Insulation Of Foundations. 6. Making A New Facade With A Sandstone Plinth. 7. Replacement Of The Door And Window Joinery. 8. Execution Of An Electrical Installation For Common And Residential Parts. Note! Within The Ground Floor, The Contractor Will Perform An Electrical Installation On Common Parts Along With A Power Line For Living Quarters. The Contractor Will Perform An Electrical Installation On The Rest Of The Building In Common And Residential Parts (1St And Second Floor), Excluding The Room Of The Gas Boiler Room. 9. Making A Granite Band. 10. After Completing All New Installations, Reproductive Works Should Be Performed, I.E. Season With Cement-Lime Mortar And Recreate New Painting Coatings. 11.
