The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Turnkey Of A Public Nursery Together With Land Development On Plots No. 1451/1, 1451/5, 1451/11, 1451/14, 1451/17, 1451/25, 1451/27, 1451/29, 1451/31 In The Town Of Siepraw, In The Commune Of Siepraw, Myślenice Poviat, Małopolskie Voivodeship. 2. At The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Obtained A Final, Current Building Permit Decision Ab.6740.253.2025.Kk (Decision No. 397/2025) Of 22.05.2025 (Constitutes Annex 6 To Swz). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Construction Of A Public Nursery Together, Including With: 1) Internal Installations: Water, Electrical Including Micro Installation With Energy Storage And Passive Power Compensator, Low -Current, Domestic, Domestic Hot Water, Gas Sewage System, Mechanical Ventilation With Recuperation, Air Conditioning; 2) Technical Infrastructure: External Hydrant, Paved Surface, I.E. Internal Communication Including The Widening Of The Existing Internal Road, Construction Of A Pavement, Maneuvering Square For Fire Purposes, Construction Of Parking Spaces And Hardening Around The Building, Including Field Stairs, Along With Two Resistant Walls; 3) Spacers Of The Teletechnical And Water Supply Network As Well As The Construction Of A Stain Sewage System; 4) Construction Of The External Segment Of The Internal Sanitary Sewage System And Energy Installation; 5) Construction Of A Playground Equipped With Play Equipment With Certificate And Elements Of Small Architecture, Along With Safe And Fence; 6) Equipment; 7) Fence Of The Plot Of The Plot Along With The Development Of The Plot Green: Lawns, Plantings, Land Lighting, 8) Preparing And Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority To Issue A Decision On The Use Of Use To The Competent Building Supervision Authority And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Employer The Final Decision On The Permit. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Performance Of All Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Reproductive Works, Conducting The Required Final Samples, Carrying Out Measurements, Tests And Acceptance, All Other Activities And Documents (Including As -Built Documentation) Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works And For The Commissioning Of The Object For Operation.
