At The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Obtained A Final, Current Building Permit Decision Ab.6740.253.2025.Kk (Decision No. 397/2025) Of 22.05.2025 (Constitutes Annex 6 To Swz). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Construction Of A Public Nursery Together, Including With: 1) Internal Installations: Water, Electrical Including Micro Installation With Energy Storage And Passive Power Compensator, Low -Current, Domestic, Domestic Hot Water, Gas Sewage System, Mechanical Ventilation With Recuperation, Air Conditioning; 2) Technical Infrastructure: External Hydrant, Paved Surface, I.E. Internal Communication Including The Widening Of The Existing Internal Road, Construction Of A Pavement, Maneuvering Square For Fire Purposes, Construction Of Parking Spaces And Hardening Around The Building, Including Field Stairs, Along With Two Resistant Walls; 3) Spacers Of The Teletechnical And Water Supply Network As Well As The Construction Of A Stain Sewage System; 4) Construction Of The External Segment Of The Internal Sanitary Sewage System And Energy Installation; 5) Construction Of A Playground Equipped With Play Equipment With Certificate And Elements Of Small Architecture, Along With Safe And Fence; 6) Equipment; 7) Fence Of The Plot Of The Plot Along With The Development Of The Plot Green: Lawns, Plantings, Land Lighting, 8) Preparing And Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority To Issue A Decision On The Use Of Use To The Competent Building Supervision Authority And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Employer The Final Decision On The Permit. 4.
