Tenders Are Invited For Emptying Street Baskets In The City And Commune Of Łęczna

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Empty Street Baskets In The City And Commune Of Łęczna. 2. Collecting And Getting Rid Of Waste Accumulated In Intended Containers Set On The Pavement (Emptying Street Bins With A Capacity Of 401, Along With Waste Utilization In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law In The Field Of Environmental Protection And Waste Management), Maintaining The Abovementioned Containers Clean And Monitoring Their Technical Condition. The Total Number Of Street Baskets Located In The Łęczna Commune Is About 400 Pcs. 3. The Contract Will Be Carried Out Under The Following Conditions: 1) Emptying The Baskets Will Take Place: A) At Least Three Times A Week, On: Monday, Wednesday And Friday, B) In Justified Cases, On Saturdays Sundays And Holidays At Constant Unit Prices, C) After Each By Phone, E -Mail Or Written Order By The Ordering Party By The Contracting Authority With The Term Of The Implementation Date, Location And The Amount Of Baskets. 4 Waste Export Will Take Place For Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Stara Wieś In The Commune Of Łęczna. 5. All Street Baskets Will Be Washed And Disinfected By The Contractor Once During The Order Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Ordering Party. 6. The Fees For Storage And Utilization Of Waste Are Borne By The Contractor. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Constantly Monitor The Situation Of Overflowing Street Baskets And Each Response, Within No More Than 4 Hours, In The Event Of A Significant Overfill. The Permissible Overflow Of Baskets Is: 5 % Of All Baskets Located In The City And Commune Of Łęczna. In The Event That The Overflow Exceeds 5% Of The Contractor Is Obliged To Empty The Filled Street Baskets. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Waste, The Impurities Accumulated Next To The Basket, Including Cleaning The Area Within A Radius Of 3 Meters From The Basket. 9. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using The Equipment. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Employer About The Deterioration Of The Technical Condition Of The Basket.
