Tenders Are Invited For Removing And Storage In A Guarded Parking Lot Of Vehicles Removed In Accordance With Art. 130A Para. 1-2 Of The Road Traffic Act From Roads Located In The Augustów Poviat
The Subject Of This Order Is The Removal Of Vehicles And Driving A Guarded Parking Lot For Vehicles Removed From The Roads Of The Augustów Poviat. The Order Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Removal Services And Storage In The Guarded Parking Lot Of Vehicles Removed Under Art. 130A Para. 1-2 Of The Road Traffic Act (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) From Roads Located In The Augustów Poviat 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week. Specialist Equipment For This Type Of Tug-Up-Type Tasks Should Be Used For Towing Vehicles, Ensuring The Possibility Of Efficient And Continuous Towing Of The Vehicle From Anywhere In The Area Of The Augustów Poviat. The Scope Of Activities Included In The Order Of The Towing Service (Regardless Of Weather Conditions, Time And Difficulties Resulting From The Terrain, Building Conditions And Other Conditions) Includes: 1) Accepting The Ordering Order, Based On The Written Instructions Of The Removal Or Displacement Of The Vehicle, Which Were Issued On The Basis Of Art. 130A Of The Right Right Act By Entities Specified In Art. 130A Para. 4 Of The Cited Act, 2) Access To The Person Indicated By The Authorized Person, Issuing The Disposition Of The Vehicle Removal, The Place Of The Vehicle At The Time Specified In The Contract (Max. 60 Minutes Of Receiving The Disposal Of The Vehicle), 3) Access To The Place Of The Incident And Withdrawing From Removing The Vehicle In The Event Of Termination Of The Reason For Its Removal, 4) Preparing A Vehicle Or Vehicle And Its Elements For Loading (All Vehicle For Transport), 5) Loading Of The Vehicle (Vehicle Parts) For The Hall, 6) Organizing The Place Of Incident From Glass, Metal And Other Waste That Does Not Require The Use Of Specialized Equipment And Materials, 7) Securing The Vehicle From The Moment The Authorized Person Is Transferred, 8) Access With A Vehicle Removed From The Road To The Contractors Car Park, 9) Unloading And Parking In The Parking Lot Contractors, Scope Of Activities Covering The Parking Service: 1. Storing The Vehicle In The Parking Lot: A) Located In The Augustów Poviat, B) With 24 -Hour Protection In The Form Of Internal Monitoring With The Help Of Cameras Or Supervised With The Help Of Guard/Protection, C) Ill Min. 400 M² Enabling The Storage Of All Successively Removed Pursuant To Art. 130A Para. 1 And 2 Of The Act From The Roads Of The Augustów Poviat Of Vehicles, E) Prepared For Storage Of Vehicles With Oil Leakage And Other Operating Fluids With A Place Built For The Purposes Of Inspection And Protection Against The Influence Of Weather Conditions, F) Prepared For Storage In A Secured Room Of Vehicle Equipment, Parts Or Other Secured Vehicles That Were Separated From The Vehicle And Could Be Damaged And Could Be Destroyed Or Disagreement At Parking; 2. Before Issuing The Vehicle, Checking By The Contractor Whether The Person Picking Up The Vehicle Applied The Fee In Accordance With The Applicable Resolution Of The Poviat Council In Augustów; 3.
